1. Made-to-Order Products
All furniture is handcrafted after you order. Production begins after deposit. Standard pieces take 4-8 weeks.
2. Pricing
All prices in NPR. Custom modifications may affect price. Final price confirmed before deposit.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit to confirm order (covers materials, secures production slot)
- 50% balance due before delivery
- Accepted: Bank transfer, cash
4. Design Approval
You approve designs before production. Changes after production begins may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
5. Delivery
- FREE: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur
- Other areas: Arranged at cost
- Scheduled within 3-7 days of final payment
6. Inspection
Inspect furniture on delivery. Report issues within 48 hours.
7. Warranty
10-year warranty on structural and manufacturing defects. See /warranty for details.
8. Cancellations
- Before production: Full deposit refund
- After production begins: Deposit non-refundable (materials purchased)
- Custom furniture cannot be returned
