Return Window

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with no additional wear or damage.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Professional Pickup: We arrange white-glove pickup at no additional cost
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we inspect the item to ensure it's in original condition
  5. Refund Processing: Full refund issued within 7-10 business days after inspection

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your piece for another item, we're happy to facilitate that. The exchange process follows the same timeline as returns, and we'll coordinate delivery of your new piece once the original is received.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be in original condition with no new damage or wear
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included
  • Certificate of authenticity must be returned with the item
  • Custom orders and commissioned pieces are non-returnable
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect in the item.
